1. Scope and parties

These terms apply to website projects by Fine-Techs, owned by Mete Han Yalçın ("we", "us"). Our services are offered to businesses, in particular roofing and landscaping companies, not to consumers.

The purchase is made through Digistore24 GmbH as reseller. The terms, payment conditions, invoice and refund policy linked in the Digistore24 order form govern the purchase. These terms govern how we deliver the website service.

2. What is included

For a one-time fixed price of $899 (USD in the United States, CAD in Canada), plus applicable tax, you receive:

a custom 6-page website (Home, Services, About, Contact, Legal, Privacy) for phone, tablet and desktop,
2 design options to choose from,
1 round of revisions after payment,
a digital handover and help setting up your domain and hosting,
90 days of support from handover for questions and small updates.

Visitors reach you through phone and email links; a contact form is not included. Domain registration, hosting, email accounts and the legal texts for your own website are not included.

3. How a project works

We create a free, no-obligation draft. You review it and confirm the draft and the offer. Your approval applies to exactly the version you reviewed. You then receive a payment link. After payment, we contact you within 24 hours at the email address from your order. Your round of revisions, final approval and handover follow.

4. Your responsibilities

You provide the content and information we need on time, such as your services, contact details and your own photos. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any text, photos and logos you send us. We never add invented reviews, licenses, certifications or references. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for the legal texts on your website.

5. Revisions and extra work

The round of revisions covers the change requests you send us together in one message. Additional rounds, pages or features are not included in the fixed price and are only provided under a separate agreement.

6. Acceptance and handover

Your final approval counts as acceptance of the website. We hand over the website files and set the website up on your domain or a free web address. The 90-day support period begins at handover.

7. Rights to use the website

Once paid in full, you may use the website for your business without time or territorial limit. Third-party software, fonts and images remain subject to their own licenses. [scope of rights to be reviewed]

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [to be reviewed by a lawyer]

9. General
